Admission Packet
Upon admission you should receive a packet with Education Materials enclosed. The information you receive is meant to help make your stay more comfortable and help you understand your care a little more. As you recieve more information regarding your care, please ask your nurse to place that information in your Admission Packet. Please be sure you take your Packet home with you when you are discharged. Below are links to some of the information that will be included in your Packet:
Pain Management Guide
This brochure is meant to help you manage your pain, should you have any during your stay, and the information you give will help us understand your pain and how to best treat it.
Room Service Dining Program
In order to serve our patients better, we have developed a creative meal program. It's called "At Your Request Room Service Dining Program." This service gives you greater control over what you eat and when you eat it.
Patient Privacy
As a hospital, we are dedicated to protecting your health information and your privacy. At admission/registration, you will be given a copy of our "Notice of Privacy Practices". This notice describes how health information about you may be used and how you can get access to this information.
Patient Education Channel
This is an educational resource for you and your family while you are a patient in our facility. The Patient Channel delivers timely, up-to-date patient education on relevant disease-oriented information.
