Getting to the surgery center

Orthopedic surgery is offered as part of the surgery department at LewisGale Hospital Pulaski. Once you arrive at the hospital, we encourage patients and their guests to park in the designated Ambulatory Care Services (ACS) parking lot. This is located between the ER and the cancer center. After you walk through the ACS doors, you will see signs that guide you to outpatient surgery.

Our hours are Mon - Fri: 7am - 3pm, and our surgical procedures are by referral only.

Preparing for orthopedic surgery

Before surgery, it's important to follow any specific instructions you receive. We recommend that you make plans to have somebody drive you home from surgery and stay with you for 24 hours. Don't hesitate to call our surgery department if you have additional questions about what to expect during or after your procedure.
